Recipe: Cheese Souffle

CHEESE SOUFFLE

2 egg yolks
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup sweet milk
4 tablespoons grated cheese
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch cayenne pepper
Speck of baking soda
3 eggs whites, stiffly beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place in a greased souffle dish or deep casserole.

Beat yolks very light. 

Add bread crumbs, milk, cheese, butter, salt, cayenne pepper, and baking soda. 

Fold in whites. Place in prepared casserole.

Bake in 350 degree F oven until brown.
