Recipe: Cheezy Pretzels (using biscuit mix - without yeast)

Breads - Assorted
CHEEZY PRETZELS

1 1/2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet.

Combine baking mix, milk and cheese in bowl; mix well.

Roll into 8x12 inch rectangle on floured surface. Cut into strips.

Twist each strip into pretzel shape and place on greased baking sheet.

Brush strips with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
