Recipe(tried): Chicken Breasts in Foil

Chicken breasts

Place 1/2 chicken breast on a 10 inch square of foil. Add strips of green and red bell pepper, sliced fresh mushrooms, a few water chesnuts, sliced and mix a tabalespoon of hoisin sauce with a teaspoon of soy sauce and about 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger. Fold foil over and form and tightly sealed pouch. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 335-40 minutes. make one pouch per person. Servce over hot rice.
