Recipe(tried): Chicken in Foil

Another frequent use is for Chicken in Foil. Cut squares of foil. Slice chicken into strips. Mix with a little hoisin sauce. Place a few strips on each piece of foil with a couple of slices of green onion, a slice of water chestnut and a couple of frozen green peas. Fold into a triangle and crimp the edges. Deep fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes or bake in a hot oven. The frying isn't a fat problem because the oil can' get inside the foil and I think they taste better. A fun appetizer or snack I never met a kid that didn't love them.
