Recipe: Chicken Lollypops

CHICKEN LOLLYPOPS

12 small chicken legs
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
4 cups corn flakes crushed

Remove skin from 1 chicken leg, cut threw tendons at base of narrow end and push meat toward larger end of leg, cut away any tendons. Repeat with remaining chicken; set aside.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Melt butter in a large open roasting pan.

Coat chicken legs with barbecue sauce, then corn flakes. Place in roasting pan.

Bake 40 minutes until tender.

Servings: 4-6
