Recipe(tried): Chicken Parmagiana

Misc.

Ann,
Hi there. I didn't post the recipe for the chicken parmagiana because I didn't really follow a recipe for it. I made it up as I went along! I took four chicken breasts (pounded between two sheets of wax paper so that they would be thinner) and dipped them in a egg and milk mixture. Then dipped them in italian bread crumbs. I then browned them a little in some olive oil (just to get a semi-crispyness to them). Then I transferred them to a baking dish (13 x 9) that had about 1/2 cup of sauce on the bottom. I covered the chicken pieces with more sauce (not totally covering them) and then sprinkled 2 cups of mozzorella cheese on. Covered it and baked at 350 degrees until the chicken was fully cooked (40 minutes?). Pretty simple really. Hope you like it!
