Recipe: Chicken Potato Packets (oven or grill)

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
CHICKEN POTATO PACKETS

4 sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 lb.)
1 1/3 pounds (4 medium) red potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
2 cups frozen green peas
1 (12 oz.) jar chicken gravy
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.

Cut chicken in strips; combine with potatoes, peas, gravy, salt, thyme and pepper.

Center one-fourth of mixture on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food.

Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.

Bake 24 to 28 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill.
