ISO: The Great Chicken Salad Sandwich Search!

I am looking for a really good Chicken Salad Sandwich recipe. We have a deli near my office that makes the best Chichen Salad. I have tried and have never been able to get that great taste. I am talking about Chichen Salad that goes on a sandwich or with cottage cheese as while as stuffing for a fresh tomatoe. I have received different recipes that include odd things like grapes and such. No that is not what I am going for JUST a really good chicken salad sandwich for lunch.
