Recipe(tried): Chicken Tortellini Soup
Soups Chicken Tortellini Soup
3 slices of bacon
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced carrots
6 cups chicken broth
1 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
1/2 package of tortellini (8 ounces)
parmesan cheese to taste
Brown bacon, onion, carrots, and celery until veggies are tender. Add chicken.
Add broth and spinach. Bring to a boil. Add tortellini and cook until they are done.
You may add fresh parlsley or fresh sage.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
