Recipe: Chicken Wings in a Roaster Oven

Appetizers and Snacks
Hi Rita,

It would probably be easiest to to precook the wings and then use the roaster oven to keep them warm. To help keep them moist you could make a seond batch of the sauce and put it in the roaster with the wings or keep it handy for basting if they look like they're getting to dry. To keep the wings from sticking or getting to dry on the bottom, you can put cleaned stalks of celery across the bottom to use as a 'rack'. (I like to use celery (and somtimes carrots and cnion) as a 'rack' on the bottom of the pan when roasting meat and poulty in a roaster oven.)

I hope that's a help and that I'm not too late. Best wishes for a happy party and congratulations to the graduate!
