Recipe(tried): Crispy Tortilla Chicken (using chicken drumettes)

1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 (1 oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
24 chicken drumettes (about 2 lbs)
Salsa (optional, for serving)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with pam spray.
Combine the crushed tortilla chips and the taco seasoning in a large shallow bowl. Coat the chicken with the crumb mixture, turning to coat all sides. Shake off the excess crumbs, place the chicken on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
Serve with the salsa, if desired.
