Recipe(tried): Chicken with Lime Butter -- Thank You - Tried it!!!!!

I just tried this recipe tonight. MONSTROUS SUCCESS!!!!! My hubby (Mr. I-REALLY-Am-Not-That-Crazy-About-Chicken) LOVED it!

I did tinker with it a bit. I cut the oil down to 3 T. of Enova and 2 T. of E.V.O.O. After I poured out the cooking oil, I added another 1 tsp. of E.V.O.O. and sauteed about 3/4 of a small, finely minced, shallot. Then I deglazed first with 1/2 c of chicken stock, which I boiled almost completely away as I was scraping up the browned bits in the pan. Then I added about 1/4 c of white merlot, and again boiled it almost completely away. Then I added the butter, chives, and dill as directed, but I also stirred in the zest of the lime along with the chives and dill weed.
