Recipe: Chicken with Pasta and Broccoli

CHICKEN WITH PASTA AND BROCCOLI

3 lb. large slices boneless, skinned chicken
1 pkg. broccoli
1 lb. ziti
2 fistfuls Parmesan cheese
fresh parsley
garlic buds
1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese
2 cups white wine (use less)

Wash chicken and leave wet. Dredge in flour and fry in
oil. Remove chicken from oil. Throw away oil. Place chicken
on a dish.

Melt 1/2 stick butter in oiled pan. Mince garlic
buds; brown in butter. Put chicken back in pan and add fresh parsley. Pour in white wine; cover and cook on low until thick.

Steam broccoli, cut in large pieces. Put broccoli in with chicken on warm.

Boil ziti "al dente", drain and put in large bowl. While ziti is warm, add Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese and everything in frypan (broccoli and chicken). Mix together; keep tossing until cheese is melted.

Delicious!

PASTA CON CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI

1/2 bunch broccoli (fresh)
oil
salt
fresh garlic cloves
boneless chicken breasts
(2 or 3)
1 lb. ziti
Italian imported Parmesan
cheese

Boil broccoli (al dente) and put aside.

Fry chicken pieces in flour in oil and fresh garlic cloves. Put aside.

Boil pasta (al dente, salted).

Fry more garlic in oil and after ziti is drained, pour oil and garlic over it on large platter. Place flowerets of broccoli and pieces of chicken on top. Cover with grated Italian Imported Parmesan cheese.

Serve and bon appetit!
