Recipe: Picnic Salad (potato salad with hot dogs, cucumber, celery and Miracle Whip)

PICNIC SALAD
3 potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped cucumber
4 hot dogs, cooked and sliced
Hard boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine potatoes, celery, cucumber, hot dogs and hard boiled eggs, if using, in salad bowl.
In small bowl mix together Miracle Whip, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture and toss lightly to coat. Chill before serving.
