Recipe(tried): Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars

4 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
Sifted powdered sugar

Melt chocolate; cool. Combine flour and baking powder. In a large mixer bowl
combine sugar, oil, vanilla, and melted chocolate. Beat in eggs. Add dry
ingredients; beat until well combined. Cover; chill until dough can be handled
easily (about 2 hours). Using 1 tablespoon dough for each cookie, shape into
balls; roll in powdered sugar.

Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until
edges are frim and slightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet. While cookies
are still warm, roll them again in powdered sugar, if desired. Cool on a wire
rack.

Enjoy!! Makes about 48 cookies
