Recipe(tried): Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

I use Giradelli or a really good bittersweet chocolate. Make sure that you don't get any water in the chocolate when melting it or you will have a non-usable mess.

If you want to add a really elegant touch you can take a food syringe and fill the large strawberries (the ones with the cavaties) with Grand Marnier. These are truly wonderful.
