Chocolate Raisin Truffles
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tbsp confectioners sugar
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups raisins
Nonpareils, sprinkles and/or ground nuts
In microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips at 70% power for 1-2 min. stirring often. Stir in corn syrup, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add raisins, stir until evenly coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a buttered baking sheet. Roll in nonpareils, sprinkles or nuts. Makes 2-1/2 dozen
