Cilantro Jalapeno Chicken

4 to 6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1 bunch fresh cilantro -- washed/stems removed
6 cloves garlic -- pressed
1 (10oz)jar jalapeno jelly
1 (6oz) can limeade concentrate

In a food processor or blender, add garlic and cilantro (do not over-process). Add jelly and limeade. Process until thick. Set aside 1/4 cup for dipping. Pour sauce over chicken in a zip-top bag. Marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Bake or grill.

NOTES : Set aside a little extra sauce before pouring over raw chicken. Use the George Forman Grill and serve with the sauce poured over the chicken after it is cooked.
