Recipe: Veggie-good Pasta Salad

VEGGIE-GOOD PASTA SALAD

8 oz. spiral pasta
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. blanched peas
2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

In a screwtop jar combine oil, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Shake well.

In large bowl add vegetables to pasta. Pour dressing over mixture and toss. Refrigerate covered.
