Recipe: Cookie Apple Cobbler

Here is a easy apple cobbler recipe. Its pretty sweet because of the sugar cookie crust. Hope you like it!
Cookie Apple Cobbler
6 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbls. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. all spice
1 pkg. (20 ounces) Refrigerated Sugar Cookies
2 tbls. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Heat oven to 350. Combine apples with brown sugar, flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon and all spice. Toss to coat apples. Spoon into an ungreased 8 X 11" pan (something smaller than 9 x 13). Spoon cookie dough evenly over apples. Combine sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle over top of cookie dough. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
