Recipe(tried): Corned Beef and Cabbage (pressure cooker)

Misc.
Tonight we are having corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes and carrots, rolls. I fix my corned beef in the pressure cooker and it always turns out tender and is quick and easy. I usually let it cook for about 1 hour after the cooker has come to full pressure. My cabbage I cut up and put in the microwave with just a little water. I don't like to boil it as I think it gets too water logged and loses too much flavor. Leftover corned beef makes delicious rueben sandwiches - corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, horseradish sauce on dark rye and heat it briefly in microwave. Yum!
