Recipe(tried): Crab Cakes and Pesto Shrimp

I have two recipes that I use all the time and people love them. However, they may be a bit expensive but definitely worth it.

Crab Cakes

1 lb lump crab cake (do not use canned)
1/2 cup dry unseasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp or more depending on how wet you want these)Hellman's mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

Mix all this together, form into balls and bake in a 350 oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot with cocktail sauce. You can make these in the morning and put in a tupperware container.

Pesto Shrimp

1 Lb shrimp (without shells)

Mix the two together in a bowl and place in a single layer on a baking pan with a lip on it and bake at 350 for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp just turn pink. Serve hot with the liquid from the pan and bread. Can do this same thing with mussels.
