Recipe(tried): Great Appetizer

Appetizers and Snacks
I made these a few weeks ago and they were
delicious and easy to do. I made the mixture
hours before, refrigerated it and then broiled
these at the last moment.

Basic recipe:

6 slices of bread
lowfat mayonnaise
parmesan cheese
seasonings of your choice
scallions, chopped

With a biscuit cutter, make the bread into
circles. Mix the other ingredients together
in a bowl. Refrigerate until use.

When ready to use, remove from refrigerator.
Take a knife and put a bit of the mixture on
each bread circle.

Broil for a few minutes until golden

Serve.

They went over big time.
