Recipe: Creamy Cabbage (microwave)

CREAMY CABBAGE

1 medium cabbage head, shredded
2 tablespoons water
1 package (3 ounces) reduced fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Dash pepper

Shred cabbage into a large casserole and add the water. Cover and microwave on high for 7 to 9 minutes to desired doneness, stirring once.

Add the remaining ingredients and microwave for 1 additional minute or until cheese is softened. Stir lightly to mix.

Serve hot as a side dish.
