Creamy Caramel Fruit Dip

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup cold milk
1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients; beating after each addition. Cover & chill for at least 1 hour.
