Recipe: Papaya-Colada Smoothies (using frozen yogurt) (food processor)

PAPAYA-COLADA SMOOTHIES

1 papaya
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, undrained
1 pint nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 teaspoon coconut extract

Cut papaya in half; scoop out and discard seeds. Scoop flesh from skin into food processor bowl with metal blade. Add pineapple with juice; process until smooth.

Add frozen yogurt, orange juice and extract; process until smooth.

Servings: 4
