Recipe: Mint Dressing for Fruit

Salads - Salad Dressings
MINT DRESSING FOR FRUIT

3 Tbsp apple mint jelly, melted
2 Tbsp honey
juice and grated peel of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
2 fresh mint leaves, chopped

Combine and pour over fresh fruit.
