Recipe: Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

BLUE CHEESE VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING

"So easy to make and the taste is far superior to bottled!"

3/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash Durkee Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in blue cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Store in tightly closed container.

Makes about 1 cup dressing
