Recipe(tried): Crockpot Chicken with Garlic, Peppers, and Artichokes - Carol, IL

We enjoyed your Crockpot Chicken with Garlic, Peppers, and Artichokes very much, I think that I will also add mushrooms the next time. The chicken was flavored so nicely that I am thinking of all different ways to use the left over chicken breast into a "planned-over" meal. I think it would be great to slice the remaining meat and along with the vegetables, put it in a marinara or alfredo-type sauce and serve over pasta. What do you think?
