CROCKPOT COUNTRY HAM
1 1/2 lbs. ham
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 can (6 oz.) pineapple slices or chunks
2 to 4 sweet potatoes
Place sweet potatoes in the crockpot to form a rack. Put the ham on top of the potatoes.
In a bowl, mix sugar, mustard, and a little pineapple juice. Pour over ham along with the rest of the pineapple.
Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
CROCKPOT HONEY HAM
It's such a good idea to cook this ham in your crockpot. You don't have to worry about it, it cooks perfectly all on its own, and your oven is free for things like homemade rolls and pecan pie.
4 lb. boneless fully cooked ham
1/3 cup apricot nectar
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp. pepper
Place ham in a 4 quart crockpot and pour apricot nectar over ham.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix to blend. Spread over ham.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours until ham is thoroughly heated and glazed.
Servings: 8-10
