Recipe(tried): crockpot swiss steak

Great minds travel in the same direction!
I tried the same thing last Monday, except my round steak was still frozen,
so I "zapped" it a few minutes, then sliced it into strips! Other than that, we did the same recipe! However, i didn't have to go to work, I took my visiting grandson to spend the day at the beach!
