Recipe(tried): Crustless Cheesecake (can be low fat)

This is a great Crustless Cheesecake Recipe
I always make this using all non-fat ingredients and nobody can believe it. It tastes great. You can add canned filling or fresh berries if you wish.

Enjoy.

2 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs (or egg substitute equivalent)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:
2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream
3 Tbls. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 325*.
2. Cream sugar and cream cheese in bowl.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Add vanilla and lemon juice.
5. Pour into a greased 9" round pie plate.
6. Bake 45-50 minutes, until golden.
7. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. (DO NOT TURN OFF OVEN).
8. Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients together.
9. Spread over cake and bake 10 minutes longer. (The top will remain almost liquid).
10. Let cool and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
