Recipe: Cuban Style Watercress Salad

Cuban-style Watercress Salad

1 bunch watercress
1 sweet white onion
5 pimento-stuffed olives
Handful of raisins
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
salt to taste

Wash, chop and place watercress in a salad bowl. Mix remaining ingredients and add to watercress.
