Recipe: Papas Cubanas con Aceituna y Queso: Cuban Potatoes with Olives and Cheese

Papas Cubanas con Aceituna y Queso: Cuban Potatoes with Olives and Cheese

5 large cubed potatoes
1 bar grated cheddar cheese
10 chopped pimento-stuffed olives
1 tablespoon butter
Salt to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste (optional)
Small handful chopped parsley

Cut potatoes in cubes and bake until tender. In a saucepan, add butter. When butter dissolves, add cheese, olives, and salt. Stir until cheese melts. Pour melted cheese-sauce over potatoes. Add Tabasco and garnish with parsley.
