Recipe(tried): Cucumber ideas-
Misc. My husband and kids like them sliced with sliced onions and Peppercorn Ranch Dressing poured over. They also like them diced into cottage cheese. This is also a good recipe if you don't want to can anymore.

Refrigerator Dills

4 Cups sugar
4 Cups white vinegar
1 Cup water
1/3 Cup canning salt
1/2 Teaspoon cellery salt
1 Jar put 1 Clove garlic
1/2 sliced onion
sliced cucmbers
1 Head dill
DIRECTIONS:
4 Cups sugar
4 Cups white vinegar
1 Cup water
1/3 Cup canning salt
1/2 Teaspoon cellery salt
Boil for 5 minutes then let cool.
Stearlize Jars
1 Jar put 1 Clove garlic
1/2 sliced onion
sliced cucmbers
1 Head dill
Pour cooled brine over cucumbers and put lids on. Store in the
refrigerator. Keeps for months!
I usually layer the onions and cucumbers.
