Recipe: Cucumber Party Sandwiches (using Good Seasons Salad Dressing Mix)
SandwichesCUCUMBER PARTY SANDWICHES
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
1 pkg. Good Seasons mild Italian dressing (dry)
1 (8 oz.) loaf party rye bread (small slices)
2 cucumbers, unpeeled and thinly sliced
Dill weed for garnish
Combine cream cheese, butter and dressing mix. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Spread on each slice of bread, top with cucumber slice and sprinkle with dill. Serve immediately.
Makes 32 to 36
