Recipe: Curried Turkey Salad

Curried Turkey Salad
rec.food.recipes/Silkia (1995)

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tbsp. mango chutney
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
3 cups cubed cooked turkey meat
2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
1/3 cup roasted cashews, finely chopped
1/3 cup dried currants:

Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, mango chutney, curry powder, salt and pepper together in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Serve salad at room temperature.
