Dearest Jackie,

Your menu ideas for Christmas dinner are simply stunning! I am planning on doing Paula Deen's Christmas menu as featured in her new magazine, Cooking With Paula Deen. She too is making a rib roast. I am planning on making your delicious sounding Spinach Gratin with Gouda.

Here is Paula's Christmas menu:

Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
Shrimp Stuffed Potatoes
Fancy Green Beans
Steakside Mushrooms
Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Easy Herb Rolls

Jamie's Coconut Cake
Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle
Mama's Divinity
Pralines
Chocolate Cheese Fondue

I will be adding your Creamy Spinach with Smoked Gouda Gratin to the menu, of course.

Her magazine features all the recipes as well as the beautiful pictures to this gorgeous meal. The pictures really inspired me! I love her magazine and recommend it to all you Paula Deen fans out there.

Thanks Jackie, for sharing your yummy recipes with us!

Happy Holidays! Gina
