Recipe: Deluxe Iced Coffee, Creamy Ice Coffee, Iced Coffee in Perfection

Deluxe Iced Coffee

2 cups strong coffee
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 cups ice cubes
whipped cream (to garnish)

Combine all the ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream.

Creamy Ice Coffee

3 cups brewed coffee, room temperature
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon creme de cacao

In a pitcher, combine cooled coffee, milk and half-and-half. Stir in sugar, vanilla and creme de cacao. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Iced Coffee in Perfection

1 pt Cold good coffee
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 pt Milk
Whipped cream
Cracked ice

Have both coffee and milk well chilled; mix well,
add cracked ice. Just before serving, put the
whipped cream on top of the glass and dust overwith cinnamon.
