Recipe(tried): Dried Apples

Misc.
We love dried apples. I soak the sliced apples (I core but do not peel) in Fruit Fresh or salted water for about 15 - 20 mins. I then drain and sprinkle with cinnamon (if they turn brown, nobody knows!). We like the added flavour of cinnamon. I do this to banana chips also although they don't usually brown as easily as apples. Dry until no longer sticky but still pliable. Enjoy.
