Hi Marti... It's been a while since I've seen your name here. Hope you've been fine.
I don't know how much help I can be. I love pork and sauerkraut, but I don't imagine it "going" with strawberries for some reason. Maybe because strawberries say "springtime" to me more than any other fruit.
What do you think about a warm, dried fruit compote (recipe) to spoon over that delicious frozen yogurt? A nice combination of dried plums, apricots, cherries, golden raisins, etc?
