QUICK CANDIED APPLES
These candied apples are tops with kids and couldn't be easier to make! Use various flavors of gelatin for holiday themes-lime on Easter, orange for Halloween, cran-raspberry for Valentine's Day and blueberry, grape, and lemon for any day at all!
3 ounce package sweetened gelatin powder, any flavor
4 Washington apples, any variety
Spread dry gelatin in a bowl or on a plate.
Cut apples in half; dip the cut side of each apple half in gelatin. (The colors will brighten as the gelatin picks up the apples' juice.)
