Recipe(tried): Dust with Cocoa

When making a chocolate cake dust pan with baking cocoa not flour. Especially if you are not going to frost the cake. I make the Hersheys Collector Choc. Cake from the back of a tin of coca for pot lucks a lot. When it calls for the flour I always use cocoa that I have put through a mesh strainer to break up the lumps. The cake looks much better not having that pasty residue from the four and shortening.
