Recipe: Easy Lasagna

Easy Lasagna

1/2 pkg. Creamettes lasagna
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Use package directions for cooking lasagna noodles. Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in onion, seasonings and tomato sauce. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles then drain them. Rinse them in cold water. Arrange 1 layer lasagna noodles in parallel strips in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with 1/3 meat mixture then 1/3 of cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
Serves 6 to 8.
