Desserts - Fruit
Michele.
I make this all the time and everyone loves it. It is the easiest thing to make! I hope it is what you are looking for.

EASY NO BAKE LEMON SQUARES

1 Box Graham Wafers (NOT NO NAME BRAND) (I use Honey Bee)
1 Box Sherriff Lemon Pudding & Pie Filling
Icing Sugar

Place 1 layer of Graham Wafers on the bottom of an 8 or 9-inch square cake pan. You will have to break a couple in half to fit the pan.

Make up the Lemon Pudding and Pie Filling as per the package.

While it is still hot, pour over the graham wafers. Immediately cover the Lemon Pudding & Pie Filling with another layer of Graham Wafers.

Make a pourable Frosting with icing sugar, a bit of margarine and water. Pour over the top of the Graham Wafers.

Chill in fridge about 3 hours.

Super easy and super good! Enjoy! Judy
