Recipe(tried): Easy No Peek Beef Stew or Stay a Bed Stew

Main Dishes - Chilis, Stews
My mother always called this Stay a Bed Stew since you did not have to watch it at all--I have since used V-8 juice and it adds a bit of zing to it--have been making it for at least 35 years now--never can wait till winter weather-make it during the spring time too.
