EASY TRUFFLES
2 (8 oz.) bars of milk chocolate
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
2/3 cup finely crushed vanilla wafers or finely chopped nuts
Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring often. Cool to room temperature.
Fold in Cool Whip (mixture will thicken). Cover and chill 1 hour.
Form into 1 inch balls with margarine covered hands.
Roll in crumbs or nuts. Chill thoroughly.
