Recipe: Egg Substitute
MenusLOW-CHOLESTEROL EGG SUBSTITUTE
1 tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
2 lg. egg whites
4 drops yellow food color
Sprinkle dry milk powder over egg whites and beat with fork until smooth. Add food color and beat until well blended. Equivalent of 1 large egg.
