Recipe(tried): Transporting ice cream cone cupcakes

Desserts - Cakes
I saw a great idea for baking and transporting ice cream cone cupcakes. This person had one of those large disposable heavy duty aluminun pans with a heavy duty aluminum top (the kind you woulduse as a chafing dish). She cut holes in the lid that were the same size as the botton of the flat bottom ice cream cones. Note: Make sure to leave enough space in between so when the cones are dropped in the hole they won't be touching each other. Then just fill with batter and bake. You can ice the cones and put them back into the pan for transporting. I was able to make 15 holes in one pan which wasn't enough so I just cut up two pans. I always make sure to get the pan back so that I don't have to do this process again. It works great and you never have to worry about cupcakes that fall over.
