Recipe: El Chico's Salsa

I collected this recipe recently from our state newspaper, the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

El Chico's Salsa

2 cups fresh chopped or diced canned tomatoes
1/2 c onion, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons green chilies, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Serve immediately or cover & refrigerate.
